Role Overview. Summary of Job: NorthStar is now hiring a skilled and compassionate Pediatric CRNA to join this fantastic team. The ideal candidate will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. This role requires expertise in pediatric physiology, pharmacology, and airway management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Cases: General Pediatric, Neonatal, Orthopedic, Urologic, ENT, Neurosurgery, and Dental. Approximately 150-200 neonatal surgeries per year. Compensation: $305,000 Annual Base Pay, 7 weeks PTO, $100,000 Sign-On Bonus, Full Benefits, and more. About The Facility. We are also the only licensed freestanding children's hospital in Lubbock and the surrounding area. Covenant Children's has evolved and grown over the years.
