2. Description of Service

MAC is an online job board and interactive map platform connecting anesthesia professionals (CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, and Anesthesiologist Assistants) with employers and recruiters. We provide tools to browse, post, and apply for anesthesia positions across the United States.

3. Job Seekers

By using MAC as a job seeker, you agree that:

You are a licensed or student anesthesia professional or otherwise authorized to seek the positions listed
You will not misrepresent your credentials, licensure, or experience in any application or communication
MAC is a job board only — we are not a staffing agency and do not guarantee placement
Any employment relationship is solely between you and the hiring organization

4. Employers and Recruiters

By posting a position on MAC, you agree that:

All information submitted in your listing is accurate and not misleading
You are authorized to post on behalf of the hiring facility or organization
Listings must be for real, open anesthesia positions — no placeholder, expired, or fraudulent listings
You will not use submitted candidate information for any purpose other than evaluating them for the listed position
MAC reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate

Listing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once a listing has been published. See our Pricing page for current rates.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MAC to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without written permission
Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MAC — including the platform design, logo, copy, and code — is owned by or licensed to Mapped Anesthesia Careers. Job listing content is owned by the posting employer or recruiter. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MAC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate, current, or suitable for your needs. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mapped Anesthesia Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost employment opportunities, compensation disputes, or reliance on listing accuracy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mapped Anesthesia Careers is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
