About this position

Position Requirements Description CRNA opportunity working three 11am-11pm AAG provides anesthesia services for much of the St. David’s Health Care system in the Austin area. St. David’s Medical Center is home to the world-renowned Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute and St. David’s Neuroscience & Spine Institute and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. In addition to St. David’s Medical Center, our practice provides anesthesia services at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, South Austin Hospital, and Round Rock Medical Center and accompanying outpatient surgery centers. Our diverse group is composed of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who provide anesthesia services in a care team model; team members are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases. Our care team model means that we focus on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence. Total Rewards Salary: Based on years of experience: $200K - $260K (will be prorated to 0.9 FTE) Sign on Incentive: $100K (will be prorated to 0.9 FTE) Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: 11am to 11-m Shifts • Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. • CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists St. David's Medical Center, $200K - $260K (will be prorated to 0.9 FTE), $100K Sign-on Incentives, 11am to 11pm EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
