About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts within an operating room setting, working either 4x10-hour shifts on nonconsecutive days or 5x10-hour shifts per week. Designated Late shifts are preferred 1-2 times per week and may extend beyond 10 hours, though only 10 hours are guaranteed per shift. The surgical case mix includes general bread and butter cases, high-volume orthopedics, limited vascular, some neuro, OB (required), and peripheral nerve blocks; proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks is required for all clinicians considered for this role. Call coverage is optional and taken from home; a minimum of 2 weeks per month availability is required, with a preference for 4 weeks per month, and 60 days' notice is required for all time off.
