Position Requirements Description Anesthesiologist opportunity in northern New Jersey with Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, that offers a wide array of advanced services, including neurodiagnostic, neurological, and neurosurgical services. This site features a certified Level IV Epilepsy Center and is a hub for the New Jersey Stroke Network and a regional leader in neuroscience care through its Atlantic Neuroscience Institute. Also on campus is The Gerald J. Glasser Brain Tumor Center, where medical experts are performing the most brain tumor surgeries in New Jersey. Total Rewards Salary: $580K Pediatric stipend: $25K Sign on Incentive: Up to $100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off: 9 week PTO • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • M.D./D.O.
