Role Overview. NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations at Baptist Health Louisville. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a collaborative anesthesia team while maintaining clinical practice in a diverse hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:. • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the CRNA team. • Coordinate staffing and daily anesthesia operations. • Promote quality patient care, clinical excellence, and provider engagement. • Partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges. • Collaborate with clinical recruiting on candidate interviews, site visits, and provider onboarding. Case Mix: General, OB, and 24-hour OR coverage, with opportunities to practice across a diverse surgical environment. Compensation & Benefits:. • $240,000 base salary. • $6,000 incentive. • $20,000 annual Chief CRNA stipend. • 8 weeks of PTO.
