About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Indiana, with call coverage required on an every-third-night schedule. The position operates under a physician supervision model with 0% hands-on MD involvement, affording clinicians a high level of independence in managing cases across a diverse surgical mix. Clinicians will work collaboratively with surgeons and anesthesia colleagues as needed, practicing at the top of their license within a supportive community hospital setting. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this assignment.
