MACMACAltru Health System is a non-profit organization based in Grand Forks serving northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Its new replacement hospital opened in January 2025 with space for 226 inpatient beds, 12 operating rooms and four cath/EP labs, and it functions as an acute care Level II trauma center. Anesthesia is provided by a care team of CRNAs medically directed by approximately 10 anesthesiologists.
