Position Requirements Description NAPA has expanded and joined Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital! Help be a part of a collaborative team with a flexible schedule of 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off. Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital is a 123-bed, not-for-profit acute-care hospital serving Newport News and the surrounding communities in the Virginia Peninsula and Hampton Roads area. It is the most comprehensive facility of its kind on the Virginia Peninsula. Total Rewards Salary: $525K Sign on Incentive: $100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off: 13 weeks of PTO • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off / 13 weeks of call / 13 weeks of post-call coverage / 13 weeks as a day doc • Diverse and challenging case mix includes Ortho, General, Endo, Urology - Cysto, L&D, Ophthalmology, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Thoracic, Radiology, Vascular, Plastics, Pain Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital, $525K, $100K Sign on Incentive, 26wks on 26wks off EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
