Qualifications
In addition to bringing human kindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Two years of experience as a CRNA, including epidurals
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Department of Regulatory Agencies or Colorado Licensure)
• Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists; recertification every two years
• Required BLS certification at time of hire
• Required ACLS certification upon hire or within 6 months of hire

Pay Range

• Years of Experience 0–3: $236,810 plus $25K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive + 20K rural stipend
• Years of Experience 3–10: $256,840 plus $25K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive + 20K rural stipend
• Years of Experience >10: $256,840 plus $25K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive + 20K rural stipend
Balanced Lifestyle

• Years of Experience 0–3: 7 weeks Paid Time Away
• Years of Experience 3–10: 8 weeks Paid Time Away
• Years of Experience >10: 9 weeks Paid Time Away
