Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments Obtain and verify informed consent Discuss anesthesia plans, expectations, and potential risks with patients Administer anesthesia throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence Monitor patient status throughout procedures and intervene as clinically appropriate Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Current or eligible CRNA licensure in Tennessee Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $240,000 $75,000 sign-on bonus with flexible payout options Additional income opportunities available Fully paid medical malpractice coverage Generous paid time off Health, dental, vision, life, disability, and AD&D insurance Flexible spending account and health savings account options 401(k) with profit sharing and up to a 6% match Location Located in East Tennessee, Knoxville offers an outstanding quality of life with access to outdoor recreation, a vibrant downtown, excellent dining, arts, entertainment, and a welcoming community.
