Position Requirements Description CRNA position available at The Center for Specialized Surgery Center in beautiful Ft. Myers, FL! The Center for Specialized Surgery is a convenient and state of the art outpatient surgical center designed with a focus on quality orthopedic surgical care for our patients. The 9,102-square-foot surgery center features three operating rooms, step-down recovery, recovery, nurse station, consultation room, reception, staff lounge and administrative offices. Our group’s annual anesthesia volume is nearly 20,000 cases, and we work together in a care team model. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence. No nights, weekends or holidays! • Predominately Ortho, Ortho Spine and Pain Management. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Center for Specialized Surgery, $190K - $204K, $75K Sign on Incentives EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
