Position Requirements Description Anesthesiologist opportunity in northern New Jersey with Overlook Medical Center—nationally recognized. Overlook Medical Center is a 350-bed hospital in Summit, NJ, that offers a wide array of advanced services, including neurodiagnostic, neurological, and neurosurgical services. This site features a certified Level IV Epilepsy Center and is a hub for the New Jersey Stroke Network and a regional leader in neuroscience care through its Atlantic Neuroscience Institute. Also on campus is The Gerald J. Glasser Brain Tumor Center, where medical experts are performing the most brain tumor surgeries in New Jersey. Total Rewards Salary: $625K Sign on Incentive: 100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Night - Float - 7:00pm to 7:00am - 26 weeks on 26 weeks off (2 weeks on 2 weeks off or 1 week on and 1 week off) • Endo, General, Ortho, L&D2, Neuro, ENT, Urology and GYN Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Overlook Medical Center, $625K, $100K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
