Position Requirements Description This is a high-autonomy CRNA role within a collaborative anesthesia care team. CRNAs practice to the full scope of their training with meaningful independence in clinical decision-making, supported by accessible physician leadership. Total Rewards Salary: $210K Sign on Incentive: $75K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 3p • Orthopedic, OB, and GYN 80% OB 20% general OR Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Parkridge East Hospital, $210K Salary, $75K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
