Our practice at Avista Adventist is expanding and we are focused on prioritizing lifestyle!. • • • Competitive base compensation based on years of experience ($234k - $265k). • Full time OB, or full time OR positions open. • Flexible shift options. • Sign-on bonus and student loan repayment. • Relocation bonus to qualifying applicants. • 6 weeks of vacation starting, increases with years of service. • Medical/dental/FSA/HSA. • 401k match + quarterly profit-sharing. • Care team model, 4:1 supervision.
