The facility operates under a medical direction model and maintains structured workflows to support consistent perioperative care delivery. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought beginning in late January through February on an ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility LocationThe area is home to a major research university recognized for its medical, veterinary, and law programs, contributing to a dynamic academic and professional environment. Recreational opportunities include hiking at Rock Bridge State Park, exploring the MKT Katy Trail, and kayaking, as well as attending collegiate sporting events. The downtown district features local dining establishments, craft breweries, and live entertainment venues, and a nearby winery approximately 15 miles away offers bluff-top views of the Missouri River Valley. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under medical direction during day shifts within an inpatient and operating room setting, following a 4x10-hour shift schedule with no call coverage required. The surgical case mix includes General, Bread and Butter, Vascular, Outpatient, Plastic, GYN, and Urology procedures, offering clinical variety across multiple surgical service lines. Pediatric, OB, cardiac, heads, and trauma cases are excluded from this assignment. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this locum tenens engagement.
