Baptist Health Floyd is a large, busy practice offering a collaborative care-team model, diverse case mix, and an experienced anesthesia team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive clinical environment while practicing across a broad range of cases. Competitive Compensation – $246K! Plus a sign-on bonus. • $230K Base Salary. • $10K Quality Incentive. • $6K Acuity Stipend. • 8 Weeks PTO. • Sign-on bonus up to $90K for a 3/yr commitment. • Full NorthStar Anesthesia benefits package, including 401(k) and more.
