MACMACCHI Health St. Francis is a 150-bed Level III trauma center and regional referral hub serving central Nebraska, part of CHI Health/CommonSpirit and affiliated with Creighton University School of Medicine. Its anesthesia team of roughly 5 anesthesiologists and 11 CRNAs uses a physician-CRNA care-team model, staffing the hospital and the Grand Island Ambulatory Surgery Center across general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, and neuroscience procedures with robotic capability.
