Total Rewards Salary: $500K Sign-on Incentives: $100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Cases: Endo, General, Orthopedics, Urology - Cysto, Urology, OB, Heavy GYN, Vascular, Plastics, ENT, Neuro, GI. • 2 weeks on and 1 week off Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • M.D./D.O.
