Total Rewards Hourly Rate: W2 Per Diem Rate: $175/hr. / 1099 Per Diem Rate: $175/hr. Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: 8's and 10's, no call • General surgery, urology, and endo Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists ChristianaCare Union Hospital, $175/hr.
