TidalHealth Peninsula Regional is a Level III Trauma Center and the flagship hospital of the TidalHealth system, serving Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore from Salisbury. The hospital performs more than 18,000 surgeries annually across a broad multi-specialty caseload and delivers roughly 1,900 births per year. Anesthesia is provided by a physician-led, professionally managed group using a care-team model of anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
