The new Tennova Surgery Center West, connected to the Medical Center, offers four fully equipped operating rooms and two advanced endoscopic suites. Collaborative care-team model. Total Rewards Salary: $240K-$250K annually Sign on Incentive: $75K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments • Variety of cases, including general surgery, GI, cardiac, eye cases, and simple pediatric cases Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program • Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines Turkey Creek Medical Center, $250K Salary, $75K Sign-on Bonus.
