Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician medical direction model during day shifts within inpatient and operating room settings, with shift configurations of 8 and 10 hours running 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The surgical case mix includes OB, healthy pediatric patients ages 4 and older, simple hearts, orthopedic, and general surgery procedures, serving patients across all age groups. Weekday and weekend call coverage is required, with a 45-minute response time; clinicians perform call independently unless two ORs are running simultaneously. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
