Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is a 525-bed tertiary care and teaching hospital that is home to the only Level I adult trauma center and regional burn unit in Hampton Roads, and a primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School. Anesthesia is provided by Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a group of physician anesthesiologists and CRNAs, across a broad surgical program including cardiac, transplant and neurosurgery.
