Position Requirements Description CRNA to join this thriving group practice in Richmond, VA, with a variety of cases plus a busy regional anesthesia practice. At Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital, more than 27,000 outpatient and inpatient surgeries are performed each year. Our practice provides anesthesia services for over 44,000 cases a year. Total Rewards Salary: $244K-$293,500 Call Stipend Available Sign on Incentive: $50K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments • General surgery, bariatric, cardiac, ENT, urology, vascular, orthopedic (adult and pediatric), OB, gynecologic, spine neurosurgery, pediatric, and plastic surgery Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Bon Secours St Mary's Hospital, $244K-$293,500, $50K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
