Role Overview. Summary of Job: Blue Ridge Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center and is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs looking for a supportive, work-life balance–focused environment.Position Highlights:. • Full-time, weekday schedule – no weekends, no call, and paid holidays. • Diverse case mix including GI, Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Urology, Gynecology, and Podiatry. • Team-oriented, efficient ASC setting. • Strong clinical support and leadership. Compensation: $290,000 salary, 8 weeks PTO, $90,000 SOB, Medical Dental, Vision, 401k and more!. About The Facility. We proudly serve the residents of the city of Salem, Roanoke County and the surrounding communities in our area of Virginia. Blue Ridge Surgery Center is a multi-specialty surgery center offering outpatient surgical services since 1984.
