Providence Regional Medical Center – Where Your Expertise Meets Opportunity. Compensation and Benefits:. • $631,250 Base Salary. • 8 Weeks of PTO. • $50K Commencement Bonus. • Relocation Allowance up to $10k. • Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability. • 401(k) | Flexible spending accounts. • Medical professional liability insurance (W2 Only). • Additional Call Rates. Practice Environment:. • 26 ORs + 2 OBs | 615 beds | Level II Trauma. • Available shifts: 10s, 12s, 14s, 24s. • Typical day when not on call: 7 am – 5 pm. • Weeknight call: even rotation of 1 per week. • Post-call day off. • Weekend call: 1 weekend per month. Qualifications:. • Active state license | DEA | State CDS. • Board Certified required. • Fellowship Trained. • ACLS | PALS | BLS.
