The facility operates under a physician supervision model and maintains perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery. CRNA coverage is sought to address additional staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility LocationNorth Carolina offers a range of regional attractions suited to diverse interests, including outdoor recreation, historical sites, coastal destinations, and cultural institutions. Clinicians on assignment throughout the state will find year-round activities and points of interest across the region. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in North Carolina, Monday through Friday on 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, with full-time availability of 4 weeks per month required. The surgical case mix includes bread and butter and obstetric procedures; CRNAs with the applicable skillset may perform labor epidurals during the day, as physicians primarily place them. Call coverage is required on a 1:5 rotation including weekends and holidays, with the MD taking first call and the CRNA serving as backup, with a 45-minute call response time. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
