Position Requirements Description The UPMC Hamot Medical Center is a regional tertiary-care medical facility, referral hub, and Level II trauma center based in Erie, PA. Total Rewards Salary: $260K-$300K annually Sign-on bonus: $100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Work 73, 24 hr. shifts per year and receive full compensation and benefits. • Ortho, neuro, general surgery, transplants, and OBGYN Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Prior CRNA experience • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists UPMC Hamot Medical Center, $300K, $100K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
