Position Requirements Description CRNA opening to grow and support busy hospital-based practice in White Plains, NY; diverse case mix in a care team model with the perfect work life balance flexibility working only 2 shifts per week! White Plains Hospital is the most awarded and fastest growing hospital in Westchester County - just north of NYC. It’s renowned programs and services provide a wide breadth of specialized surgical care supported by the anesthesiology department. We have a vibrant and energetic group composed of 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs from top programs. We cover 41 anesthetizing locations daily working together in a care team model. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence. Total Rewards Hourly Rate: $151.44/hr, plus shift differentials provided for evening, night, and weekend hours Sign on Incentive: Up to $100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: 1-24 hour and 1–16 hour shift per week • Mix of inpatient and outpatient cases • State of the art, brand new operating rooms • Great variety of cases including general, OB, regional, vascular, cardiac, pediatrics, neuro and ortho • No transplant cases and no trauma • Cardiac and young pediatrics cases covered by the cardiac and peds team • Plenty of opportunity to expand your regional anesthesia skills Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • 2 years experience required • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists White Plains Hospital Center, $315K, $100K Sign on Incentive, 2 shifts per week EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
