Position Requirements Description CRNA opportunity with case mix diversity at Crouse Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY. Crouse Hospital offers a variety of cases and sites, centrally located within a one block radius from one another. Crouse includes the main hospital, and 3 ASC’s. You will find a collegial anesthesia environment as well as supportive working relationships with the surgeons and OR staff. Excellent Anesthesia Tech support and Pre-Op Testing Center. Syracuse is a medium-sized metropolitan area with restaurants, events, shopping, bars, and more. Outdoor lovers will enjoy nearby boating and fishing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and golf. Short drive to the Adirondack Mountains, Thousand Islands, and Finger Lakes wine region. Major universities such as Syracuse University and Upstate Medical University. Staff members work in a care-team model. Total Rewards Hourly Rate: W2 Per Diem Rate: $195 per hour / 1099 Rate: $210 per hour Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Plus shift differentials • General, GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, Crani’s, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology/Renal, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Podiatry, Endo, EP/Cath Lab, Healthy Peds Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Crouse health Hospital, Per Diem- $195/hour (W2) / $210/hour (1099) EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
