Clinical Practice Practice in a community hospital setting with an attractive, diverse case mix and no trauma responsibilities. Cases include: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Spine, Plastics, Urology, low-volume Obstetrics (rare high-risk cases), and extremely rare healthy Pediatrics. Strong Regional Anesthesia Program Regional anesthesia is a cornerstone of our practice and an integral part of our ERAS and joint replacement pathways. Whether you're an experienced regional anesthesiologist looking to maximize your skill set using state-of-the-art ultrasound technology or a newer physician seeking mentorship, you'll find a supportive team committed to teaching, collaboration, and continued professional growth. The Team & Lifestyle Our anesthesia team consists of 10 Physicians and 8 CRNAs operating under a true team-based model. We share knowledge freely, support one another daily, and maintain a highly collaborative practice environment. Equitable Scheduling Vacation weeks, holiday assignments, and call responsibilities are distributed equally from day one, with no seniority-based scheduling advantages. Benign Call Structure • Approximately 3 first/second calls per month • Call shifts typically begin in the late afternoon • Post-call day off following every call shift • Staggered CRNA coverage minimizes late days and promotes a healthy work-life balance BC/BE Anesthesiologists and graduating residents/fellows are encouraged to apply.
