Vituity (physician-owned multispecialty partnership) seeks full-time independent CRNAs at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital, Pleasant Prairie WI. 1099 independent contractor; CRNAs practice at the top of their license with the opportunity to practice independently. $330,000 annual pay + up to $75,000 sign-on bonus. New grads and experienced CRNAs welcome. WI license a plus; ACLS + PALS required. May support affiliated ambulatory locations. Vituity has anesthesia sites across CA, OR, WI, and GA.
