The facility maintains perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum CRNA coverage is sought to address additional staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility LocationNorth Carolina offers a range of experiences across its diverse regions, from coastal destinations with fishing, boat tours, and golf communities along the Intracoastal Waterway to urban centers where professional development, fitness, and live entertainment are regularly available. The state also features mountain areas with accessible camping and outdoor recreation, as well as cultural landmarks and historical sites distributed across its eastern, central, and western regions. Clinicians on assignment will find a broad mix of educational programs, outdoor activities, and dining options throughout the state. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day and call shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in North Carolina, working Monday through Friday on rotating 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes bread and butter and obstetric procedures, with CRNAs performing labor epidurals; cardiovascular experience including vascular, lung, and open heart cases is preferred but not required. Call coverage is required on a 1:8 rotation including weekends, with the MD taking first OR call and the CRNA on the 12-hour shift taking first OB beeper call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating throughout the week. An active and clear North Carolina license and board certification are required for all clinicians in this role.
