The facility operates under a physician supervision model within a structured on-site clinical environment. Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought on a PRN basis beginning in October on an ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. Clinicians on assignment may also explore natural landscapes through swamp and bayou boat tours, nature trails, and farm experiences, alongside dining and entertainment options available throughout the region. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during 10-hour day shifts. The primary responsibility is supervising CRNAs; however, clinicians must be prepared to perform independent cases as needed. The surgical case mix includes General, Orthopedic, Endoscopy, OB, and GYN procedures, with optional Cardiac cases available. Call coverage includes beeper call on weekdays following the regular day shift and in-house call over weekends. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required.
