Community Regional Medical Center is a 685-bed hospital in downtown Fresno and the only Level I Trauma Center serving a multi-county region of Central California. It houses a regional burn center, a 70-bed emergency department with dedicated trauma bays, cardiac catheterization labs, and comprehensive surgical services. It is the principal teaching site for the UCSF Fresno residency programs.
