What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our Pediatrics healthcare team, the CRNA will play a key role in patient care, providing anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during procedures. Responsibiliti es include, but are not limited to:
• Ensures age/developmen tally appropriate peri-operative and anesthesia care is provided in accordance with age-specific care guidelines for the specific age groups served and any present c o-morbidities.
• Supports patient safety, quality improvement and infection prevention when performing his or her job functions and through participation in facility and departmental initiatives.
• Appropriately documents and maintains confidential records according to departmental and hospital standards.
• Maintains flexibility with scheduling, promptness and readiness to provide patient care as needed.
• Demonstrates professionalis m through teamwork and collaboration and seeks ongoing professional educational growth.
• Conserves resources to address cost containment.

CRNA Requirements:
• Graduation of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, Master’s Degree or Higher Required.
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing + Currently Certified or Recertified to practice as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board
• Current CPR Certification - ACLS, BLS
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse clinical teams.
