Job Requirements Job Description Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients General, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Peds, OB, Vascular, Thoracic, Hands, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, IR, Cath/EP/TEE, MRI Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards 36-40hrs/week (8s &12s or 10s). Monday-Friday On call available but not required for locums providers Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level III Trauma Center Patient Population: Peds (10%), Adult/Geriatric (90%) % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient Average # of Patients Per Day: 35 cases OR, plus 20 offsite cases Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: variety of cases, no open hearts, A-lines, no blocks/regional Additional Notes: great culture, team approach work environment Work Experience NBCRNA - [REQUIRED] Active MI license - [REQUIRED]- This is a hard requirement Clean Background- [REQUIRED] ACLS & BLS through AHA - [REQUIRED] PALS - [REQUIRED] Must have 2 years CRNA experience - [REQUIRED] Provider must be able to work a minimum of 36 hours [REQUIRED]
