Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility LocationChattanooga, Tennessee is a riverside city nestled in the foothills of the Appalachians, offering a walkable downtown centered along the Tennessee River with attractions such as the Tennessee Aquarium, the Walnut Street Bridge, and Ross's Landing. A short drive south leads to Lookout Mountain, home to Rock City, Ruby Falls - the country's tallest underground waterfall at 260 feet - and the Incline Railway. Outdoor enthusiasts may enjoy kayaking on the Tennessee River, hiking the 13-mile Tennessee Riverpark greenway, and exploring green spaces such as Greenway Farm and the Montague Park Sculpture Fields. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts within an operating room setting, with 12-hour and 16-hour shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM; 24-hour shifts are also possible, and overtime is available though not expected. The surgical case mix includes General, Neurological, Orthopedic, Vascular, EP, GI, Spine, and Urology procedures. No call coverage is required for this locum tenens assignment. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians considered for this role, and accelerated privileges are possible with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days.
