Overview. Seeking a 1099 PRN Physician to assist in Orange City, Florida! Week day shifts, weekday and weekend call shifts available!. Job Highlights. USAP is seeking a 1099 PRN Physician to assist with coverage in Orange City, Florida - Just north of Downtown Orlando! See below for specific details:. Weekday 24 shift (night call starts at 7p):. 350$/hour for 12 hrs (guaranteed). beeper call 7p-7a 1000$ stipend (no guarantee for night call; only stipend). call back rate 375$/hr. Weekend 24 call shift:. 350$/hour for 10 hrs (guaranteed). 350$/hr up to 12hrs. 375$/hr OT rate after 12hrs. 1000$ beeper call stipend. Additional:. mileage reimbursement at IRS rate. housing reimbursement up to 150$ per night. Case types include:. Fish. -General, Ortho, and some Neuro. Deland. -General, GI, and Ortho. Qualifications. - All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program. - Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology. - Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
