The role
• Cover the OB labor deck on the third floor, one weekend shift per week
• Annual commitment of 52 24-hour shifts
• Work alongside an experienced OB nursing team, with a Level II NICU on site
Compensation
• Base salary of $291,902 for 52 24-hour shifts
• $5,592 per 24-hour shift, or $2,796 per 12-hour shift
• Optional non-OB shifts at $303 per hour
• $6,000 quality incentive
Incentives
• $21,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance, if needed
• Up to $18,000 student loan repayment, if needed, paid as $6,000 after each of years 1, 2 and 3
What we’re looking for
• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist
• Comfort and confidence in OB anesthesia
• Active Colorado license, or eligibility to obtain one
