About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts within an operating room setting, with call coverage required. The surgical case mix includes Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, OB/GYN, ENT, Endoscopy, and healthy Pediatric patients ages 2 and older, offering a clinically diverse workday across multiple surgical specialties. Clinicians will independently manage anesthesia care from pre-operative assessment through recovery, practicing at the top of their license within a fully autonomous model.
