About the Clinician's WorkdayThe adult cardiac anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 5x8 day shifts with participation in a 1:3 call rotation, with call arrangements negotiable. The clinician will manage a diverse cardiac case mix encompassing cardiac procedures, electrophysiology cases, thoracic surgery, and cardiology procedures. The position requires competent performance and interpretation of intraoperative transesophageal echocardiograms for cardiac cases. Board certification in anesthesiology and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
