The area features the underground Inner Space Cavern, the scenic Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River, and Jim Hogg Park, which provides lake access, hiking, camping, and fishing along a 26-mile trail. Additional points of interest include Southwestern University, Georgetown Winery, Legacy Hills Golf Club, and the Georgetown Palace Theatre, providing clinicians on assignment with varied options for engagement beyond the clinical setting. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Georgetown, Texas, under a physician supervision model with 75% hands-on MD involvement. The schedule typically includes 6 points of service daily until 5:00 PM, with 5 points of service running until approximately 1:00 PM before reducing to 1 point of service on a release order schedule. Call coverage is required and structured as home call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, with a required 30-minute arrival time; CRNAs cover epidurals in-house, and physicians respond for OR call. The post-call clinician is designated first out and is often not required for cases.
