● Supervision Model: Mix of Solo attending cases & team-based cases, with voluntary opt-in for medical direction
● Special Considerations: Ability to work at the top of their license with broad exposure to cases while maintaining a collaborative team environment. Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and providing best care to patients.

Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in IN.
● Minimum Preference for experience, but open to new graduates
● Proficiency in Complete Ortho, Head/Spine, Neuro, Peds, Regional
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
