Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility LocationThe area offers a range of outdoor and cultural activities suited to diverse interests. Recreational pursuits include paddleboarding, kayaking, and hiking, as well as access to a natural spring-fed pool within a local park. The city is recognized for its live music scene, barbecue and brewery culture, eclectic neighborhoods, guided e-bike and bicycle tours, and day trips into the surrounding Hill Country. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts within an operating room setting, with shift options of 8, 10, and 12 hours; regular hours are required, with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month. The surgical case mix includes General, OB, Neuro, Ortho, Pediatrics, and Cardiac procedures within a care team model comprising CRNAs and CAAs at a 4:1 ratio, supported by active Labor and Delivery units with limited pediatric volume. No in-house call, weeknight pager call, or weekend pager call is required for this locum tenens assignment. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
