MACMACJob Requirements Practice Setting: Hospital based 180-bed facility with 11 ORs; services include Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neuro, General, ENT (limited peds), Urology, Ortho, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry, Plastic Covers out-of-department services: Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT & MRI) Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia complications Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards Current RN license and NBCRNA certification required Master’s or Doctorate from accredited nurse anesthesia program Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork required
