Envision Physician Services Anesthesia Medical Director at AdventHealth Ocala — 425-bed community hospital 40 min south of Gainesville. 3-year commitment. Annual case volume 12-14K with 16 ORs + endo + OB + neuro IR. OB volume 2,500/year. Case mix: General, OB, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, Endo, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, GI, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, Cardiology, minimal healthy peds. No trauma, no open hearts. ABA board-certified anesthesiologist required. Chief stipend + annual retention bonus + relocation + licensure assistance. 9 weeks PTO.
