Full-time CRNA across Southern Illinois Healthcare facilities (Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, Herrin, St. Joseph Memorial, Harrisburg). Carbondale offers higher acuity; Harrisburg offers a fully independent CRNA model. Cases: ortho, general, podiatry, plastics, ENT, cardiac, major vascular. ~$290K base, $75,000 sign-on, generous PTO, call or no-call options.
