MACMACSourced from NorthStar Anesthesia public listings. 2 Cardiac Anesthesiologists working 26 weeks on/off per year. MDs do their own cases. ~80-100 hearts per year shared between cardiac MDAs. TEE proficiency required, certification a plus. Mix of general and cardiac, physician-only cases. Level 3 trauma. M-F 7a-3p, 9 ORs (5 autonomous CRNA, 2 MD covered). Each on week: 5 weekday shifts + 50% of weeknight/weekend call. Compensation: $385,000 annually. Case mix: general, OB/GYN, ortho, neuro, urology, ENT, peds, dental, endo, cardiovascular & thoracic.
